The Smashing Pumpkins es una banda estadounidense de rock alternativo formada en Chicago, Illinois, en 1988. Fundada por el vocalista Billy Corgan y James Iha, ellos incluyeron a Jimmy Chamberlin, y D'arcy Wretzky, armando su formación original.
